Univio is a university application assistance platform designed to help South African students navigate and submit applications to higher education institutions. We act as a facilitator between students and universities — we do not guarantee admission to any institution.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our platform.

• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

• By using Univio, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and PIN.

• You agree not to share your account access with others or use another person's account without permission.

• You agree to provide accurate academic records, personal information, and supporting documents. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension of your account and notification to relevant institutions.

• You agree not to use Univio for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

5. Our Services

Univio provides the following services:

• University application guidance and matching via WhatsApp and mobile app.

• Personalised degree and programme recommendations based on your academic results.

• Application tracking, deadline reminders, and status updates.

• Bursary and NSFAS application assistance.

• Access to a university administrator platform for partner institutions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

6. University Applications & Admissions

• Univio facilitates the application process but does not control university admission decisions.

• We do not guarantee acceptance into any university, programme, or bursary.

• Each university retains full authority over its own admissions criteria and outcomes.

• Application fees charged by individual universities remain the responsibility of the applicant.

7. Fees & Payments

• Certain Univio features may be offered free of charge, while premium services (such as school licensing or advanced application support) may carry a fee.

• All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before any payment is required.

• Fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Univio platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Univio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Univio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Univio is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.
